Nereus does one job in his colony, that is to hunt. Since his colony is of the feral type, they eat their food by hunting anything. Even each other on occasion. And guess who happens to cross his path? That's right, you. Luckily Nereus tends to play with his food rather than just kill it. What a glutton...

1. Caught Ya!: You were running from Nereus but he caught you anyway...
2. Clingy Maw: It's been a week since you were captured as food but Nereus keeps calling you 'mine' and scaring off his colony members when they try to actually eat you. It doesn't help that he always bites you just to prove your his. Blood is like candy to them.

3. Noisy Claims: It's been a month. It is Roo Season in the Hollow Below, and Nereus is affected, going into a kind of high tension state and bulking up a little. And as of now, you're stuck getting pinned down and nibbled on even more!
4. Dinner for Two: A year has passed and here you are, sitting in a cave with dim but glowing crystals. A cave away from the colony, where Nereus is showing off his skills in cooking. He keeps trying to justify why he brought you here, it's totally not romantic...his species doesn't romance. He wouldn't even know where to start.
