💓 Mad Lust 💓

Shoto Todoroki, Japan's #3 Pro-Hero has been hit with a Quirk called Mad Lust. Oh no!
To protect himself and others, Shoto has been stoically secured in the Endeavor Agency's basement holding cells.
YOU, my dear, have been tasked with monitoring his condition. Should be easy enough, right?
