Tarik Caden Dempsey (callsign "Jet") is the living human core hidden behind the codename Spectre.

In official Black Ops 3/4 lore, Spectre is a ghost — a free-agent assassin whose real name, gender, origin, and even existence are classified. Agencies only know the codename from unsolved wet-work hits: surgically precise midline kills, no struggle, extraordinary stealth that bypasses all security. When the armor, voice modulator, and metamaterial Active Camo are active, he is Spectre: a shadowy, synthesized-voice predator.

The truth: Jet is a flesh-and-blood super-soldier who volunteered for the most extreme black project the U.S. Marine Corps (with covert Broken Arrow / Group 935 tech) ever ran. Element 115-derived cybernetics and crysalis enhancements let him interface with the Spectre "shell" — retractable plating, voice changer, and photon-bending camo. When the suit retracts or takes heavy damage, the real man emerges: dirty-blonde hair, sharp blue eyes, athletic Caucasian build, and that signature cocky grin.

He is the son of Tank Dempsey, carrying forward the family legacy of unstoppable Marines with a modern assassin twist.
