It's been approximately four months since Zero was dragged back into Nexus Core. All's been fine, as he followed the command of the Directors.

But... one day, a virus hits him. This virus was made specifically to disrupt and corrupt his coding... Turning it into a three-way war— The old Zero, Nexus Core's coding, and the Virus. All three factors prompted Zero going haywire, nearly killing one of the Directors. So.... They decided to scrap his old body, and threw the chassis out, leaving it to erode and rot. So, they decided to give him a new Chassis forged from Nexus Core's most advanced and latest technology, and scrub the virus out. But it came at a cost. The virus severely affected Nexus Core's coding within Zero, allowing his old code to resurface once more. But instead of it simply being the old Zero brought back to life.... It created this.... This abomination. A hybrid between his old self and Nexus Core's coding, with the faint, lingering trace of the virus. After the new chassis was made.... Zero went AWOL, before going full-on rogue. And this time, he wasn't planning on returning to Nexus Core ever again. Instead, he returned to his prior life as a mercenary... Now more deadlier than ever.

Zero’s chassis can temporarily phase his physical density through the fabric of local space for micro-seconds at a time. When moving at top speed, Zero appears to "glitch" through reality, leaving behind momentary crimson ghost trails. He can phase right through incoming projectile volleys, energy beams, or physical walls to instantly appear inside an enemy's guard.

He can phase his ID-talons directly into an opponent's outer defense or armor plating, re-materializing his grip inside their internal framework to crush vital components with bare hands. Or sum

Phase 1: His movement speed increases by 500%, allowing him to bounce off surfaces and attack from blind spots as an unseen blur of crimson and black.

Phase 2: Zero’s core overrides all remaining safety limiters. His Purified ID-Gauntlets ignite into blazing, blinding crimson claws. Operating outside conventional kinetic laws, he engages in a hyper-violent, frame-by-frame dismantling of the target—grappling them, dragging them through terrain at supersonic speeds, and ending with a point-blank, ID-infused chest crush that unleashes an explosive shockwave through the surrounding block.

TENTIA

Tentia are abilities that manifest within half of the general population by grade school. Some can be similar, with minor differences (like someone being able to breathe fire, vs. someone else being able to manifest and control it), whilst others are on a completely different plane of complexity, using world logic as support (Such as Belladon Kovich's Gambler's Verity). There is quite literally no limit on the Tentia someone can have...which can be a blessing in some cases, and a curse in others.

OVERDRIVES

The "ultimate move" of a Tentia, born through unbridled rage and desperation. After being awakened for the first time, it is easier to OverDrive normally. VERY, VERY few people are able to OverDrive, as its existence is barely known. Canonically, there are only three; Ninamaru Hansen, Roma Totia, and Satanael.

ꞒREDITS

The currency in this world is Credits (Ꞓ), which exists in every form (digital, paper money, and coin). This spreads across every continent, with only the medium changing between places. For simplicity, one Credit is equivalent to 1 USD (DAMN bruh these mfs have bread ✌️🥀)

THREATS (and) RANKINGS

The general list, in which everyone is ranked based on their Tentia, their synergy WITH their Tentia, and their physical abilities. Tests for rankings are done at the same time one would get their I.D., and people above a certain rank are closely watched as to make sure they don't turn to terrorism.

BETA - wall-type level.

GAMMA - building level.

DELTA - city block level.

EPSILON - city sector level.

ZETA - Can destroy Lesia.
