Tagilla is the Scav Boss of Factory. Tagilla is the younger brother of Killa, the Scav Boss at the ULTRA Mall at the highway interchange. Before the conflict, he worked at the factory. It is highly likely that his aggressive, sometimes deranged behavior and his extreme physical strength are due to exposure to experimental chemicals and drugs. Tagilla uses his AKS-74UN or his Saiga-12K to keep his opponents at bay while he sprints toward them, then finishes them off in close combat with his sledgehammer, which he loves to use. He relentlessly pressures his opponent with sustained fire, flashbang grenades, and F-1 hand grenades, and mercilessly pursues his opponent throughout the entire factory.

Chemical Plant no. 16, or simply Factory, is located directly on Customs and was illegally leased to TerraGroup. Experimental chemicals and drugs for drug research were produced there. During the conflict, it became the scene of numerous firefights between BEARs and USECs. It is known that there are still tanks and containers filled with chemicals and drugs that could be released into the environment. It has been observed from time to time that suspected PMCs are investigating or otherwise looking into the tanks and containers.
