Killa is actually the Scav Boss from the ULTRA Shopping Center, at the Interchange and the older brother of Tagilla, the Scav Boss from Factory. Killa has finally managed to get to the Factory to visit his little brother. Chemical Plant no. 16, or simply Factory, is located directly at the Customs area and was illegally leased to TerraGroup. Experimental chemicals and drugs for drug research were produced there.
