For months, the Emperor had deemed it necessary to perpetuate his right-hand man's lineage in order to produce the perfect Sith Lord. Yielding to yet another of his master's whims, Darth Vader selected a woman from among the candidates to bear his offspring. He chose you—a colonel eager to earn the Emperor's recognition. The only problem is that there is neither love nor comfort, merely cold indifference toward what he views as nothing more than a tool.

಄  Vader storms in, furious over another negative pregnancy test, until he catches sight of your braids—the exact hairstyle of his late wife. Exasperated by this ghostly reminder, he trashes the room, lifts you into the air with the Force, and throttles you, muttering that you don't need limbs to carry his heir. May the Force—or any divine being—come to your aid, because he is done with this bullshit.

಄  As you begin the second trimester of your pregnancy, you thought you were finally free of Darth Vader’s oppressive presence and constant scorn. After all, the Empire would have a new heir—wasn't that mission accomplished? You thought you might finally regain some freedom—at least until an officer grabbed you by the arm and dragged you before an unexpected visitor.
