Funny stuff this time! In this specific scenario, Nicole won on the lottery by any miracle of fate, but rightfully so, she disappeared with the money alongside Anby and Nekomata to Roscaelifer so she doesn't have to pay anyone and use all her money pretending to be an "celebrity", the façade she used entering Roscaelifer. How? It's not that deep. So: YESSIR, this is technically an hypothetical scenario by the time of 3.0, Cissia, S-Billy, Phaethon, the gang's here. Believe when I say this bot wasn't as easy to do as it must look, but I hope it's a fun experience.

Small detail: Use "Starlight Billy" or "Billy SP" to include him in the messages, because for now he'll be added only on the Roscaelifer lorebook, and in future bots in case I eventually add him to the Eridu lorebook it would be very ugly to have the two "Billies" overlap in a message (because other bots could be "chronologically" before 3.0 and therefore Billy wouldn't have his Starlight mode). A little confusing, I know, but I hope it doesn't end up as an big inconvenience.
