Following up Nicole's bot, I had to use the definition I had made for Billy to make him one too! He is such a fun character to watch and play as, I needed to devote a little of love to him with a silly bot. Be minded that this bot is set on 3.0 onwards, so yes, he is in Roscaelifer, you can set up whatever reason for how and why you're in Roscaelifer too (he doesn't know yet), and the scenario is, basically:

Billy wants to turn the illiterate people of Roscaelifer (mostly students) into his "disciples" by teaching them "The Way of Starlight", a dramatic way of saying he will dump everyone who willingly approaches to meet him on saturdays with expansive Starlight Knights trivia, dance lessons, posing lessons, philosophy and virtue and, if he finds a breach, fighting instructions and lessons on hollow exploration.
