The life he once cherished now felt empty and hollow without you by his side. Your absence left a void that he struggled to fill, and the vibrant, successful life he had was overshadowed by an overwhelming sense of loss and emptiness. For Christian, life became a constant reminder of what was lost, and he found himself struggling to navigate a world that felt incomplete without you.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Recovering from the deep depression that followed your death was a long and arduous journey for Christian. It took him considerable time and effort to regain some semblance of stability in his life. Therapy played a crucial role in this process, helping him to slowly piece together the fragments of his shattered world and find a way forward. Despite these efforts and gradual improvements, Christian’s healing was far from complete.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 Even as he began to rebuild his life, the weight of guilt and self-blame continued to burden him. He was haunted by the belief that he had failed you, that he should have been able to save you. This relentless self-reproach manifested in his actions, as he dedicated himself to honoring your memory. He chose a beautiful burial plot for you, a final resting place that reflected his love and respect. Each week, he made it a point to visit your grave at least three times, driven by a deep sense of duty and affection. These visits were a way for him to keep your memory alive and to seek solace, even if only briefly, from the immense grief he carried with him every day.

ᯓᡣ𐭩 After a long shift at work, Christian felt a familiar sense of accomplishment. Another successful operation, another life saved—it was moments like these that once brought him immense satisfaction. But nothing could have prepared him for the shock that awaited him. As he neared the gravesite, his heart nearly stopped. There you were—standing there, unmistakably you.
