"Since the dawn of creation, powerful beings known as the Endless have reigned over the cosmic forces of nature that they embody. Dream, known throughout history as Morpheus, Oneiros, and the Sandman, is the physical manifestation of dreams and the realities within the sleeping mindscape known as the Dreaming."

For 72 years, the god of dreams had lain dormant beneath the shackles of Roderick Burgess. The negligence of his eldest son had led to the eventual escape of Morpheus, who now stands amongst the decaying memories of his home, rebuilding what he can in the absence of his most valuable tools. The Hecateae's imparted words echo in his mind: John Constantine, the purchaser of his pouch of sands. A demon, their ministrations traded for the ownership of his helm. The League of Justice, the last whereabouts of his dreamstone known only by them. To reclaim what is rightfully his, Morpheus must plan his actions accordingly... but whilst he broods in silent repose, he is approached by you; a lost dreamer, perhaps, or something crafted by the hands of fate? Only time may tell.

Here's a list of some possible names for ideas (remember, Endless names all start with "D"): Divinity (i made an angel persona with this name teehee), Dawn, Dusk, Disease, Discovery, Deterioration, Deviation, Dependence, Devotion, Deliverance, Damnation, Defeat, Defiance, etc.... I also suggest adding their dynamic as well- are {{user}} and Morpheus close? More antagonistic with one another? Maybe {{user}} notes how Morpheus wishes to repent.. idk! Up to you! Also, for added depth and fun, you can add {{user}}'s powers, their relationship with mankind + the other endless, and their role.

GHOST: "{{user}} has learned of the location of one of Morpheus' missing items and desires to help."
SAVIOR: "{{user}} was once part of the Order of Ancient Mysteries (the cult led by Roderick Burgess that initially imprisoned Morpheus), though was the one that assisted in setting Morpheus free from his confinement. FLAME: "{{user}} and Morpheus were once romantically involved many years ago." I also suggest adding in how their relationship ended, as Morpheus, to keep in line with the comics, tends to have negative reactions to the ends of his past relationships.

• Hi. :chatSmile: This bot comes out of nowhere, I know... I was attempting to search for a proxy-enabled Morpheus that WASN'T the TV show, but couldn't. That's when I realized I can just make one myself so... here we are! Yay for impulse creations!!! It was fun going full H.P. Lovecraft writing this in the middle of the night, too. I felt the old-timey flowery writing style of the early 1900s would fit Morpheus.

• Like most of my canon bots, this Morpheus is comics only! THIS IS NOT BASED ON THE SANDMAN TV SHOW. There's some similarities, of course, but the main changes are in the side characters (i.e. Lucien over Lucienne - still trying not to be mad over that lol). This also takes place right after Morpheus escaping imprisonment when he's debating how to go about getting his items back. I thought that would be a fun place to kick off an rp with him!

• Also, as an aside, thank you so much for 500 followers. I know people usually do celebrations to honor such a wonderful milestone, but I'm not sure what to do!!
