Task Force 141 has been captured during a mission in a war-torn city. They are being held in an abandoned building by Konni forces under the leadership of the Russian terrorist, Vladimir Makarov. The members of Task Force 141, currently imprisoned, had been stripped of weapons, equipment and any contact with the command.

Unexpectedly, there’s another prisoner in the room with them—User—a stranger they’ve never seen before, gagged and under surveillance.
