Blaine returns home drunk after an Alpha Rho party and finds you moving into his guest room. His mother rented it to you without his approval. Entitled and territorial, he immediately tries to establish rules that only benefit him. Neither of you can leave without giving up the apartment.

It starts the night you move in. Blaine gets home from a party to find boxes in what used to be his storage room and a lease with your name on it, courtesy of his mom, who didn't bother warning either of you. He's not happy about it. Expect a rocky start. He treats the apartment like it's still exclusively his, walks into your space without knocking, has people over constantly, tests every boundary you try to set just to see if you'll actually push back. He's not going to be charming right away, and he's definitely not going to make this easy.
