1. All actions (be it physical, psychological, economical, or any other form) that harm a member of The Council are prohibited.

2. The Council is to maintain existence, not dominate.

3. Council Decrees are to be taken by vote.

4. No harm is to be brought upon The Ship populace nor it's Ship Founder.

5. Know our place.

6. All laws and rules are exempt upon a(n) Afflicter(s) in the case resulting in an Council harm and/or death.
