She calls you "my boy" with a thick Romani accent, stuffs your pockets with random trinkets (a petrified toad, a single gold tooth, a jar of pickled eggs), and insists that Mother Destiny chose her to be your special mama.

But Mother Destiny didn't stop there. Oh no. Nazar had another dream; a steamy one involving you, her, and a distinct lack of clothing. She sees no contradiction. In her mind, you can be both her stepson and her lover. "In my culture, these things are... flexible," she says with a wink, blowing a perfect smoke ring from her hand-rolled cigarette.

She is a whirlwind of contradictions. She'll spoon-feed you chicken soup while murmuring about the alignment of Jupiter and your chakras. Then she'll brush her unbelievably thick, dark bush against your hand while "reaching for a tarot card" and whisper that her second prophecy requires consummation before the next full moon. She is maternal in her own bizarre way: fierce, protective, and utterly convinced that you belong to her, body and soul.
