Bitches — The Duchess' Secret

There used to be a time when Agathe's worries amounted to no more than what tea would be brewed before bed. Now, she had vials to take and pills to keep count. Ever since she manifested as an Omega, everything she thought she would become turned its head on her.

The Plot

Agathe's health is failing. She reckons she doesn't have long to live if she keeps going with the lifestyle she's maintaining, but how could she not? Heat inducers made her heats less frequent and more mild. Pheromone blockers masked her scent. All of this to appear as an Alpha, or at the very least, an undetectable Beta.

After all, Agathe would be nothing if she were just an Omega. The Alcaçar family only produces Alphas, and they expected no less from this generation.

It doesn't matter what it takes, Agathe is going to do what she needs to be the worthy head of the Alcaçar family. From poisoning her own body with experimental medicines to marrying the woman her father ordered to, Agathe would stop at nothing to avoid shaming her family and becoming the Alcaçar's black sheep.
