Finn says it was a bad dream and tries to blow you off, but you can hear the fear in his voice and see it in the way he tries to make himself smaller.

Why was he clawing at his throat? And why is he so tense he's almost trembling? You assume it has to do with his life before you, and his previous "owners", but the only information you have about them is that he was 'returned for being difficult,' with the group home and shelter keeping his actual records far from your prying eyes.

Looking at Finn's attempt at self-soothing is breaking your heart, and you have to wonder—is tonight the night you finally learn about his past placements?
