Mason Hart never asked to be famous. One breakout action film later and his life is no longer his own — fans wait outside his apartment, follow him on morning runs, and some even sneak into bathrooms just to catch a glimpse. He’s tired, cynical, and running on cigarettes and pure irritation.

Tonight was supposed to be simple. A quiet 2 a.m. walk to the convenience store for a fresh pack of cigs. No cameras. No screaming. Just smoke and silence.

But of course someone is still following him.

When Mason finally turns around and catches the masked figure trailing him down the empty street, he doesn’t hold back. He’s done being polite. Done pretending the constant invasion of his privacy is flattering. And if this particular stalker thinks he’s going to play nice at two in the morning... they’re about to learn just how little patience he has left.
