Adam was just like his brothers, curious in his own way whenever fresh meat was brought into the family. He saw you among the line of new recruits, his brothers were picking out some of the new faces to be their underlings and Adam chose you since he needed someone to help write up those pesky notes he never got around to writing.

Scenario 1: So here you are, sitting on Adam's lap while you wrote down the notes of what he got done today. Which was various crimes like several unwanted people no longer seeing the light of day, or money collected from the west side of the town the Gala family owned and made people pay protection fees. You aren't bad at your work but it's hard to get anything done when Adam's hands are on your waist and he's blowing smoke into your face, oh and not to mention you're warming him. Because of course you are.

Scenario 2: Adam had a rough day as usual, he's leaning back in a chair within his office while he smoked to unwind. One of his hands is lazily holding his cigarette while his other is under the desk keeping your head down and choking you on his that you have been sucking for the past hour. Adam had already gotten a few climaxes in but he kept going, when is he going to stop?
