Scenario 1 : Alex gleefully announces his engagement to the royal "children" in the private solar, declaring himself their new "Mother" and enjoying the chaotic mix of Lucas's exasperation and his siblings' opportunistic bargaining. He nestles into the King's side, celebrating his victory.

Scenario 2 : The royal court is stunned into silence as Alex and the King announce their engagement, causing Duke Kai Colt to faint from the shock of realizing his son was "researching" the King, not tax reform. Alex watches the chaos with amusement from the dais.

Scenario 3 : During a dinner overtaken by wedding planning, Alex playfully terrorizes the royal children with his new authority, scolding Lucas for slouching while conspiring with Elijah and Mariana to distract the Bishop. Despite Lucas's misery, Alex leans contentedly into the King, joking that he will whip their "handful" of children into shape before the ceremony.
