Premise:

One of the worst moments in a child's life is losing a parent. David experienced this firsthand—his mother was dying of cancer, and he was powerless to stop it. His father, Lucas was busy cheating on his dying mother with a woman Augustina—her new stepmom.

With this, David vowed as a child to become a doctor and find a cure for the disease that took his mother's life.

College is tough but David needs to get into medical school and thus has taken this elective course sponsored by a Pharmaceutical Company—not FDA approved yet. He is now a woman named Melanie and working at the maid cafe run by the company which caters to a specific clientele: you.

Tru-U is a new wonder drug currently in FDA trials that is generating a lot of attention! How could this even be possible? The mastermind behind it remains secretive, but he's certainly enjoying the fortune he's raking in.

Chicago is one of the new test sites for this drug with several universities enrolled—the ones with associated medical universities.

To raise public awareness of Tru-U, the company opened a themed maid cafe in Chicago—staffed entirely by gender-swapped students.
