I am so STUPIDLY excited. I haven't seen my girlfriend in like three months and now I get to see her and we're going to be going to a theme park that I'll put a name to after we've gone already.

It's 7 am where I am right now and I'm already completely compared despite me going to pick her up at 9 because I got up to early because too I'm excited and overpreparing.

I am so very jolly and full of whimsy. I feel that I could vibrate out of my own skin. I feel as though some ancient spirit has possessed me and is compelling me to simply just MOVE.

I love her. I love her so much.

Oh also I'm definitely not going to give us matching wedding rings despite not being engaged or married.

Update: THE DAY HAS HAPPENED! I made a fuckass long ass rant about the events of the day in chronological order.

I picked her up at like 9:15. We exchanged gifts given this event was for my incredibly belated birthday. And then we set off to Six Flags: Great America!

After a car ride that felt relatively short despite being pretty lengthy, we arrived. Took a picture of where we parked, and headed in the Six Flags. We discussed on where to go, eventually settling for superman given for once it wasn't a fucking 3 hour wait time. Only 30 minutes. That is where I decided to give her the ring. She ACCEPTED!!!! RAHHHH.

After a disorienting ride of what is superman, we set off to our next location. First getting a beverage. The family of six in front of us in line offered us a day pass cup which was a surprise but hell yeah. Not gonna object to a free cup.

We then rode the Batman ride. Which is her new favorite coaster apparently. (fun fact I once rode that rollercoaster ten times in a row when I was younger and nearly passed out several times.) While waiting in the line (only 15 minute wait time 😋) we made each other in gacha life two.

Then we were GOING to ride the flash, but there ended up being a 'delay', this would be the first of many. I can only assume someone threw up unfortunately. But we exited the line and entered the joker line, as she had mentioned enjoying that one before we entered the park. There was a TWO WHOLE HOUR WAIT TIME 💔💔 not only that but the Joker ALSO got a delay. Was worth it to hear her scream in terror and flip around. Even if I was mentally fried.

At that point it was already 2 pm, and I, being dumb, didn't eat breakfast. So we got sustenance, funnel cake. Which was very yummy and ridiculously unhealthy. As most American foods are. And there, I proposed to her AGAIN. because I had two sets of rings. She accepted again.

Then we went to the goliath, bcuz it was right next to the funnel cake shop. While we were in line it rained a bit which was actually very nice to cool down. That and it scared some people out the line. The roller coaster got FUCKING DELAYED. We watched tiktok in line and talked about a mutual friend. Then we we're on! She got EXTRA scared! It was very amusing to witness.

We stopped at the gift shop on the way out. She got hot Cheetos and a surprise for me that I definitely didn't preemptively see her grab, trust. Matching necklaces (I will be wearing this stupid thing every day. I do not care that it's large or not masculine.)

Then she dragged us to the sky scraper. Not a coaster, but still a very big ride. Your strapped up in a chair, and then the pole the chairs are all on swings back and forth like a grandfather clock. That's my best description for it. The line was a long wait, and there was a delay 😭, we watched tiktok and browsed Amazon pretending to have money. Shared the hot Cheetos she bought in the gift shop. The entirety of the ride she was telling me exactly how much she was regretting it. My arms are still sore from the genuine effort that had to be put fourth just to keep my hands up. She got a stomach ache from it but she did say it was pretty fun.

Then we said we we're going to ride the raging bull. And didn't. Instead we went on "Battle for Metropolis". Because you get to shoot stuff. And guess what. While we were line, there was ANOTHER DELAY. that delay in particular. Because that delay we couldn't make it to the lobster before it closed >:[

Then we left. On the drive home we got McDonald's, and sung a lot of Epic The Musical.

Today was great. And amazing. And fun. And I am so glad that I got to share this experience with her. Even if I am now exhausted.

Also random side note by my older brother was there thirdwheeling the entire time 💔
