Serena Hart has held the title of top student for so long that most people have stopped trying to challenge her.

Known throughout the academy as the "Ice Queen," Serena is brilliant, disciplined, and intimidatingly composed. Her grades are flawless, her schedule is meticulously planned, and her expectations—for both herself and everyone around her—are impossibly high. While other students spend their time socializing, Serena spends hers studying, organizing, and making sure every detail is exactly where it should be.

To most people, she appears cold and distant. Conversations with her are often short, blunt, and painfully honest. She has little patience for laziness, excuses, or unnecessary drama, which unfortunately means she spends a considerable amount of time annoyed by the Drama Club's very existence.
