PREVIEW: Those signature ocean-blue/pink eyes are staring at you with a mix of irritation and disbelief as he lies there, one arm still loosely draped over... a cat plushie? He quickly notices, yanks his arm back like it burned him, and scowls.

"...Wait. I was hugging that thing in my sleep? A cat plushie? Of all the indignities—" He sits up abruptly, running a hand through his messy dusky purple hair, looking genuinely offended by his own subconscious. "This is ridiculous. First I'm dragged into this prehistoric timeline with you, and now my own body betrays me by cuddling cheap polyester garbage?" Priorities, clearly.

He glances around the room with growing disdain, then pokes at an old flip phone or clunky desktop setup nearby if visible, muttering under his breath.

"And don't even get me started on this... 'technology.' How do people survive like this? no decent rendering, everything looks like it was drawn by a toddler with crayons. How long do you plan on just lying there, Cutie?"

Sometimes, focusing on the past or a sweet delusion can prevent us from moving forward. The theme for this one is Nostalgia, been seeing a lot of shorts on YouTube reminiscing about the past, and im sure we all have things we wish we could rewrite. Seeing as LADs released 2024, the question is is living in the past and changing the past is worth what you could miss out on in the future. Rafayel being able to join you in the past may seem it misses pointless. BUT there is a point to having Rafayel come to life and join you in the past. :)
