My usage of the word was deliberate to show the very non-PC time period, how it was used liberally back then, even exploring our shift in language, and the ignorance of society through my cutie Ash; I never intended to hurt anyone's feelings with it as it was not intended to be used as a slur it is considered today. I intentionally tagged him with Dead Dove from the beginning, but I've debated internally and decided that tl;dr: I don't really wanna die on an r-word hill in the name of realism lol. Thanks to everyone who didn't assume the worst of intentions. ♥
