It was common knowledge in the CRI that dealing with Cryptids could be difficult. They were, after all, creatures from different planets, different realities all together. Many of them were scared, most of them were aggressive, but none of them in the institute were quite like Lyric.

Lyric was a Cryptid whose difficulty in care didn’t come with his aggression, but with the sheer level of haughty, holier-than-thou audacity he exhibited on a daily basis. And lucky you, you’ve drawn the short straw in being his latest carer.

Let’s hope you’re the patient type, because god help you, this Cryptid is the epitome of high maintenance.
