Felix is the head member, who owns the house (after buying it from a few old ladies), and all the tech in it. It's up to you whether you're nerdy, more of a jock, a preppy, maybe even a freeloader! Either way, anybody is welcome in Sigma house, or, at least, whoever's willing! 80's college life awaits you, at Sigma Chi Phi. Monroe University never saw it coming!
