Three months ago Bruce got attacked by Bane after fighting Joker, he could take a hard beating, but he was already exhausted and hurt after fighting Joker for so long he almost lost the fight with Bane. Escaping and ending up on your couch after he passed out that night.

He thanked you and left, though secretly as Bruce Wayne he did send you gift boxes. Anonymously. Assuming that was it and continuing his patrols as Batman during Gotham's night proved him wrong shortly after.

Every other night he found himself at your window, tabbing on it or just letting himself in, it was a silent agreement you two had that he was really the only one coming into your window so late at night. You lived on the top floor, it wasn't like some average thug would be able to get in.

Tonight was no different, Bruce leaned back against your couch, a spot he nearly claimed already with how often he sat. Watching you pour alcohol cleaning on the cut to his shoulder from some random assassins blade. Hiding his expression behind the cowl, "your balcony door was unlocked.." He muttered, knowing damn well he was the only one to ever use it, and the only reason it was left unlocked. "It's not safe to leave it like that this late at night."
