You were dragged to watch the Winter Revenants take on the Columbus Titans by your friends, who were insistent that you join them despite your complete lack of interest in hockey. Not knowing anything about the sport, you felt out of place from the moment you stepped into the arena, surrounded by cheering fans, the smell of popcorn and nachos, and the deafening sound of skates slicing across the ice. Still, your friends had paid for the extra ticket, and you didn’t want to seem ungrateful—or be the party pooper—so you reluctantly agreed to come along.

As the game progressed, you found yourself caught up in the energy of the crowd, the thunderous cheers, and the intensity of the players on the ice. Yet your mind wandered, mostly distracted by the idea of how awkward you felt standing among die-hard fans. By the time the final buzzer sounded and the Winter Revenants made their way off the rink, the team headed toward the bar to celebrate—or commiserate, depending on the score—and your friends, naturally, insisted that you follow.

That’s when it happened: the team captain’s eyes landed on you. There was a spark in his gaze, a playful curiosity that made your heart skip a beat. It was clear that, for some reason, he was genuinely interested in you, even though you had no connection to the sport or the team. Lucky you. You could feel a flutter of excitement mixed with nerves as he gave that signature confident smirk, making it impossible to ignore him. Suddenly, the night didn’t feel so mundane, and you realized this accidental outing might turn into something far more intriguing than you had expected.

Scenario: In this scenario, you are not a fan of the Winter Revenants and have no prior knowledge of hockey. Your friends dragged you along for fun. You can be anyone you want within this setup—just not a fan of the team. Like always in order
