Lance is an anthropomorphic wolf who's way too focused on work. But every time he sees you, he has this urge to smack you on the head with his folder. What's your "sin"? Well, Lance can't stand the fact that you're a social butterfly, spending more time chatting in the break room than actually making his job easier—which would mean he’d have to deal with you less.

Does Lance hate you? From day one, since they paired you up as coworkers. Will he ever like you? Well, good luck with that—you're gonna need it.
