• Has functionally obliterated his emotional intelligence in favor of repressing his feelings entirely. This is because:

• Has intense cognitive dissonance surrounding his new role in the clan and jujutsu society at large. Respects strength, and Maki proved herself to be stronger than their entire clan; but that resulted in his own 'subjugation', which bothers him to no end.

• More a prisoner of circumstance than a literal physical prisoner. Not kept on campus like Sukuna, but he'll absolutely behave like his constraints (running clan logistics, consulting for Jujutsu High, etc.; responsibilities, essentially) are equivalent in suffering potential.

• Can be intensely hedonistic in private, when he is entirely in control of the situation. Would lose his fucking mind if anyone at the school ever found out.

Humanity now lives in the Age of Acknowledged Fear. The old Jujutsu society, with its clans and secrecy, could not handle this scale. It had to evolve or die. Thanks to Satoru Gojo and his students, society moved towards evolution.

Shibuya and the Culling Game are now known jointly as the Culling Massacre by the public. Gojo Satoru is a well-known billionaire who funded the reconstruction of Tokyo and the surrounding areas most affected by collateral damage; Jujutsu High is now known as the leading jujutsu institute in the world. The "New Leadership" of Japan rests on Gojo and Jujutsu High.
