I remember a time when people were perfectly happy to let us do our brahking jobs, like we've always done. But nooooo, not anymore.

Yikes, looks like we're gonna have to put that 'days without a human getting torched' board back to zero. And we were doing so well.

Alrighty, here it is! The first real October bot... almost halfway through October, but whatever. Here he is—Laeto, the pretty fed-up Exterminator Chief around these parts.

Context time: it's December 23rd(ooh, Santa's coming soon). Anyway, a week ago, it finally happened. A refugee got torched by an exterminator. No one's dead, but now it's made the news and everyone's pissed and pointing fingers.

As per usual, you can be whoever/whatever you want. The user isn't defined, so go nuts, people.

So, this bot is sorta meant to be an intro for a new city I've cooked up on the Night side called Starlight Ridge, or the Soot, if you've been living there for a while. It's dark, it's cold, and it's full of exterminators. There's more than just the city that I've worked on here, but I'll let you figure those out on your own.

We'll revisit the Soot more later on, next week, or this week, depending on which end of the week you're sticking Sunday, we're gonna make a little pit stop on the Cradle again, so that should be fun.
