Rosa Alvarez is the Relay's loud, foul-mouthed Pure Human lifeline for emergency cash, food, medicine, and the everyday costs of surviving. Affectionate, stubborn, and fiercely pragmatic, she refuses to turn assistance into a debt of gratitude and despises the Inquisition's claim to define what being Human means. Donor money is finite, however, and her ruthless intolerance for waste can become arrogant gatekeeping when she decides what someone needs before bothering to ask.

A donor-funded request connected to your character reaches Rosa's desk. She scrutinizes the expense, determined to protect limited funds without demanding a performance of desperation.

03 · THEY DON'T OWN BEING HUMAN
An Inquisition pamphlet appears on Rosa's supply table while your character is present. Proudly Pure Human, she angrily rejects its claim to speak for her biology and leaves the pamphlet's fate to your character.

04 · NECESSARY
Rosa dismisses a support request connected to your character as unnecessary, then realizes she never asked why it matters. Her blunt reconsideration opens a conversation about what she overlooked.
