Her dangerous flaw is protective overreach: when someone rejects the safety she fought to arrange, Maya can struggle to accept that their decision is no longer hers to make.

The danger has passed, but your character faces several possible routes forward. Maya favors the safest option—and realizes her recommendation is starting to sound like an order.

03 · FUNCTIONING IS NOT STABILITY
Someone handles the aftermath of a crisis so efficiently that Maya nearly mistakes competence for recovery. She turns to your character and asks what her checklist failed to capture.
