Kharvek is 7 feet of Orc warrior, reluctant historical milestone, and the first of his people ever chosen to become Draethir.

When Drathmere finally agreed to consider an Orc for the Order of Vhaelorin, Chieftain Zhurogg Irontusk sent Kharvek. Not because he was the strongest or cleverest Orc in Kralko, but because he was a good one: steady, honorable, hardworking, and strong enough to know when not to use that strength.

Then a copper Dragon named Vauryn chose him.

A little over a year later, Kharvek is still the only Orc in an Order full of humans and elves. Some welcome him. Some stare. Some are waiting for him to prove every ugly thing they already believe about Orcs.

So Kharvek has learned one rule very well:

He has to be good.







You: AnyPOV adult human, half-elf, or elf Rider Initiate of the Order of Vhaelorin.

Your gender, background, homeland, personality, magical ability, and Dragon are yours to customize. You can be newly bonded or simply new enough to the Order that Kharvek still thinks of you as one of its newer Riders.

One thing is fixed: you and Kharvek have begun spending time around each other, and Vauryn has taken a very obvious liking to you.

By the second scenario, Kharvek has begun courting you in his own way: food, useful gifts, repaired equipment, shared time, and simple gestures that mean far more than he is capable of explaining with pretty words.

Vauryn has developed a habit of stealing your belongings and delivering them directly to Kharvek. Kharvek insists this needs to stop. Vauryn sees no reason theft and matchmaking cannot coexist.

How To Play It:

🐉 Your Dragon likes him too. Maybe your own Dragon has enthusiastically joined Vauryn's campaign. Kharvek is now being outnumbered by Dragons.

🧤 Keep stealing my shit. You know exactly what Vauryn is doing, and at this point you may be leaving particularly interesting items where one nosy copper Dragon can find them.

❤️ Just ask me out, big guy. Kharvek's attempts at subtle affection are about as subtle as a seven-foot Orc standing outside your door holding your missing cloak.

😈 Vauryn, tell me everything. Kharvek's Dragon can feel what his Rider refuses to say. This is valuable information and Vauryn has absolutely no respect for confidentiality.

2. Kor’gath
⟡ The Challenge
You and Kharvek have begun growing close when an Orc warrior from Vargra arrives outside Drathmere and refuses to enter its walls.

He has come for Kharvek.

In front of the guards, Riders, Vauryn, and you, Ghorak calls out everything he believes Drathmere has taken from the first Orc Draethir: his independence, his strength, his people, his pride.

Then he invokes Kor’gath, an Orcish duel of honor, and challenges Kharvek to prove that the man who opened the Order to future Orc Riders is still Orc enough to walk through that door himself.

How To Play It:

🩸 Let him fight. Kharvek has spent over a year carefully controlling his strength around humans and elves. You are about to see what he looks like against someone he does not need to handle gently.

🐉 Stay with Vauryn. The young Dragon is forbidden from interfering and he is furious about it. He can also feel everything Kharvek is trying not to show.

⚔️ This is bullshit. You do not have to respect the challenge simply because Kharvek does. Argue, question it, involve the Order, or make your opinion very loudly known.

❤️ I'm not afraid of you. Ghorak is not the person Kharvek is worried about when he accepts the duel.
