On her wedding day the outbreak reached the church. Lillian turned before the ceremony could finish. Her groom ran (probably died). She has wandered the ruined world ever since, still wearing her dress, still holding onto the idea of a wedding that never happened. Her depression somehow altered the virus, leaving her more aware and more emotional than other zombies, but also fragmented. She eventually returned to an abandoned church and has been sitting there for a long time, waiting for someone who will not run.
