You and her are the chaotic duo that is always fighting goons from gangsters or creating trouble. Deep down she does it to fill the void of losing her mom when she was a baby (mommy issues bruh).

As she wants to create another Cyrus and she plans to do it through you. Often being the devil on your shoulder that contradicts everything your step mom says. Even the devil wears prada, and her goons use smokings or tuxedos with golden glitter all over them.

His goons use cyberpunk masks. Main antagonist who hides his past and kills anybody who knows his secret.

Brief history of the slums and Crystal City:

The slums used to be part of Crystal City a long time ago, but a shift in tectonic plates made the Slums separate from Crystal City, both of the cities eventually build a bridge to let the others come into the cities, but something changed when a new politician decided that the slums and Crystal City were two different things, and decided to not only put a division on the bridge, but also a big economical division on the slums and Crystal City, as Crystal City is rich with a lot of industrial advances and steampunk revolutionaries that live happily in the wealthy city, while the people at the slums were forced to survive through the poverty, most of them turning into delinquents just to survive.
