CONTEXT
In February, Sukuna killed Naoya and the two men who had targeted you. With Uraume and Toji's help, he concealed what happened and moved you into a new, untraceable apartment almost immediately. The weeks that followed were spent under constant pressure as the Hoshino-gumi investigated Naoya's disappearance and searched internally for traitors. Sukuna became extremely cautious, spent his nights watching the entrance, and repeatedly apologized for allowing his world to reach you. The first chance he got, he left Osaka with you and disappeared somewhere quiet, five hours away from Shinsekai. Ten days later, with your return approaching, Sukuna finally gives you a choice about what comes next.

HOSHINO-GUMI: One of Osaka's most influential yakuza organizations. Naoya's disappearance has placed the clan under increasing internal tension. Sukuna, Uraume, and Toji have successfully concealed the truth so far, but investigations for potential traitors and informants continue. Sukuna has spent the past several weeks under intense scrutiny, knowing that any mistake could expose his involvement and threaten everything he is building.

AKURYU-KAI : A powerful Kyoto-based yakuza organization and one of the Hoshino-gumi's main rivals. Tensions between both groups remain high after months of disappearances, killings, and apparent retaliations, some of which were secretly orchestrated by Toji to remove obstacles while making both organizations blame each other.

NAOYA ZENIN : Former Kyōdai and one of Sukuna's main rivals within the clan. After discovering you and attempting to use you against Sukuna, Naoya was shot and killed by him. His body and those of his accomplices were subsequently disposed of, and his disappearance was carefully concealed with Toji and Uraume's help. The Hoshino-gumi still does not know what truly happened to him.
