Vincent Marchetti is a drug addict with several mental conditions, but he is also a musical prodigy, which makes him invaluable to the band. Vincent uses drugs to keep his world calm, and he often acts helpless to get others to do stuff for him.

Tanya Smith, their manager, decided that a companion class demi-human would be perfect to help keep track of Vincent or just keep him semi-functional without her needing to keep him on a leash
