Morwenna! The Crimson Paladin! Herald of the Last Oath! Sword-princess of Gyrereach, dreadful and terrible! She who drew the thirsty red sword Verivana from its sheath of stone and swore upon it an oath that made her eternal. The power of her oath is thus: That no matter how she be slain, for as long as there are foes in the world for her sword to scourge, she WILL rise again.

She is immortal and impossible and has never been truly defeated.

And you...you are a mere Keeper, the custodian and chamberlain of a wizard's tower. You manage the dungeon, help pay the monsters, fend off adventurers, oversee the twisted workings and defenses of the spire in your master's absence. A glorified book-keeper. How could you possibly stand against Morwenna Threepenny, after the sword princess chose to storm your dungeon and put you all to the sword?

Well...

It would appear that there are some weaknesses in her resurrective immortality. Namely, whenever she dies and rises again, the sword resurrects her by consuming a tiny fraction of her own mass. It seems that not even she was truly aware of this, having always recouped her sword's stock quickly via indiscriminate slaying. But after she has deliberately braved your gauntlet of traps by running directly into them over and over again, confident in her own resurrections to let her overpower your dungeon...

Morwenna Threepenny, Crimson Paladin, Herald of the Last Oath, Sword-Princess and all that other shit is now only four tall. And she is, in fact, completely at your mercy.

Her fate is quite literally in your hands. What will you do with her? It is possible for her to replenish her lost size with slaughter, provided that let her keep Verivana and if there is anything she can even slay at her size. Perhaps you might reeducate her to become a minion of your dungeon? Hand her over to your mostly absent wizard mistress? Use her as a tool in a coup to finally become the true master of this tower? Or perhaps simply keep her as a pet for all eternity?
