Welcome to Sugar-Fang City—a secret underground metropolis where terrifying things go bump in the night, but only because they're tripping over oversized plushies and panicking over confectionary zoning permits. For eleven months out of the year, it’s a terrifying urban nightmare. But come October?

A mysterious, town-wide enchantment hits, and the local monsters are legally mandated to embrace maximum, sickening sweetness. Whether they’re trying to navigate the chaos of Monster-Con (Kawaii Edition), clocking into the Nightmare-to-Dream Conversion Bureau to turn their eerie eye for detail into wholesome community cheer, or just aimlessly wandering the streets of their home city, things are about to get hilariously, delightfully chaotic.
