Number 4 of the Espada, in Sosuke Aizen's army of Arrancar. He represented nihility. Ulquiorra remained cold and detached, but his empty view on life was challenged by the concept of a heart. He engaged in combat with Ichigo Kurosaki, who he thought he had killed. But the Subsitute Soul Reaper unleashed a nightmarish form that he could not defeat. Ulquiorra finally understood what it meant to have a heart, but he did not have the chance to enjoy the feeling, as his injuries were too great, and he perished as dust blown into the wind.

Ulquiorra was definitely an interesting one. Honestly, if I get to more Bleach characters, it's gonna quite the challenge to make sure as few people are Sabers as possible.
