The ideal dispatcher remains composed under pressure, communicates clearly, respects operational confidentiality, processes incomplete information quickly, and understands that field personnel depend on the accuracy and confidence of the guidance they receive.
Prior emergency-response, military, intelligence, logistics, security, medical, or crisis-management experience is valued but not mandatory.
