SUBJECT: Deployment of the Wasserlandish White Army for International Support

1. SITUATION OVERVIEW Following the annexation of Crimea, the subsequent failure of multiple diplomatic warnings and a seemingly high interest in Wasserlandish tritium reserves, tensions between Wasserland and the Russian Federation have reached a critical threshold. This operation represents a major escalation and a direct attempt to force a conclusion to the conflict.

2. MISSION OBJECTIVE The Wasserlandish White Army is to be deployed into the region with the primary objective of recapturing Crimea for Ukraine and providing support forces to Ukraine. The strategic intent is to leverage the White Army’s numbers to occupy and hold Crimea.

3. EXECUTION AND HAZARD CONSIDERATIONS

Deployment: White Army units will conduct a coordinated push into the Russian-occupied Crimea area.

Hazards: Intelligence reports indicate a high density of Russian units, which may make forward momentum difficult.

4. EQUIPMENT AND ARMAMENT Standard issue for White Army divisions during this deployment includes:
