She earned the callsign “Winged Angel” not through ceremony, but through repetition — through countless engagements where her machine descended from the sky and changed the outcome of battles already thought lost.

Valkyrie itself reflects that reputation. A high-mobility aerial combat frame, it is designed for speed, precision, and overwhelming vertical dominance. In Joan’s hands, it moves with a fluidity that borders on unnatural — less like a machine, more like something alive.

But reputation is a dangerous thing because Joan knows the truth. One day, she will die. And when that happens... She fears they will remember the angel. Not the person.
