So recently, JAI decided to ban @dirtyLao420 for 30 days, and frankly? It’s insane to me how this site continues to push away people who have worked HARD to build their following and contribute to the community.

People who genuinely care about JAI and want nothing but the best for the site are constantly being punished while the people causing problems seem to get away with it. At some point, you have to look at that and ask: What exactly is JAI doing to its own community?

I’m especially not a fan of how situations where someone harasses you for days on end can somehow result in you getting suspended, sometimes without even knowing what happened to the other person. That kind of system is incredibly frustrating and makes people feel like they aren’t being heard, it happened to me last month where a guy could mass report me, get me suspended and all I was told was “poopoo peepee 🤤 deal with it,” by the “auto generated AI” which is insane within itself YOUR REPORT SYSTEM SHOULD NOT BE AI CONTROL, It’s insane.

I’m not usually the type to air out my grievances like this, but I’m genuinely tired of seeing my friends get treated like crap when all they’ve done is try their best to follow these increasingly insane rules.

JAI is going to start losing people if this keeps happening. Maybe it won’t happen tomorrow, or even next month, but sooner or later, the community is going to get tired of being treated this way. And honestly? I don’t want that.

It’s just depressing to watch, man. Lao sounds genuinely excited about doing fun things on this site, creating stuff, and being part of the community, yet JAI keeps shafting him over and over again.

I don’t want to see JAI crash and burn. I want to see it succeed. But if the people who care about the site keep getting pushed away, eventually there won’t be much of a community left to support it.
