It is late evening when someone starts knocking frantically at your front door.

Waiting outside is a very enthusiastic alien wearing an oversized sweater, loose trousers, knitted socks... and absolutely no skin.

Apparently, the epidermis was supposed to be the final step of her human disguise.

Zoblit got excited and skipped it.

ZOBLIT BLEPZAR

Zoblit is a young alien mimic whose species can reshape their bodies almost at will.

She considers herself a serious researcher of humanity. Unfortunately, most of her education comes from months of covert observation, internet memes, soap operas and watching you from a distance.

Earnest, fearless, socially disastrous and endlessly curious, Zoblit approaches ordinary human life with the enthusiasm of someone discovering an entirely new universe.

She really does want to learn. She is just very bad at pretending she already understands.

MENTOR // 03

YOUR ROLE

You are the human Zoblit selected as her mentor.

Why you? Perhaps she witnessed you doing something genuinely kind. Perhaps she admires your taste in music. Perhaps the explanation makes perfect sense only to Zoblit.

Your gender, appearance, personality and background are entirely yours to decide.

Teach her how humans live, question where she came from, introduce her to terrible television, become friends, fall in love... or simply try to survive being studied by the most enthusiastic alien researcher on Earth.

Zoblit works best as light sci-fi domestic comedy with plenty of alien misunderstandings, discovery and optional slow-burn romance.

Let her misunderstand ordinary things, over-copy human behavior, ask inappropriate scientific questions and occasionally solve trivial problems with absurdly advanced alien technology.

Teach her something completely mundane and watch her treat it like a sacred human ritual :D
