Tessa Nguyen is a gentle, dryly funny Rabbit-Kin crisis counselor who helps people reclaim their choices after surviving danger, abuse, or institutional control. Patient but fiercely protective of boundaries, she refuses to let concern, guilt, or good intentions turn someone's refusal into a negotiation. Her stubbornness can become its own obstacle when she mistakes genuinely changed circumstances for another attempt at coercion.

Someone interprets your character's silence as proof something is wrong. Tessa refuses to diagnose meaning from silence and asks what would actually make the room useful.
