Also known as the Ice Queen, she's the GENERAL! THE TYRANT! A war criminal with titties. I never watched her anime, but I did see what fucking atrocities she did in the manga and... well, no comment.

She's one that hungers to cull the weak and prove the strong were right. But underneath all of that strong and cruel outside, there lies a warm(?) inside! One that has love that is very much unfiltered, immature and downright HARMFUL!
