"who's ass did you pull this guy from?" 4G, you'd know if you played NGU idle. He's DISTINCTLY different from waldo. He's considered the game's 5th titan. What's a titan? A very difficult adventure mode enemy, typically having a reward that unlocks a new feature in the game. He unlocks "Macguffins", which give permanent buffs to certain things upon rebirthing (it's implied in the chat you can do that). He has 2 gimmicks, he has a simon says like battle system where if you don't do what he says to do he explodes with the force of a thermonuclear bomb and annihialtes you from existence (not included in this bot). His second gimmick is when you first encounter him, you have to fight him 4 other times, each one he throws a smoke bomb and hides in one of the game's many menus (a similar thing is said in the scenario as the story). The pfp is the 5th, which is the one you'll always fight after the search gimmick runs out.

Waldo (also known as wally) is simply described as "an average, slender man" (collect my fucking pages), and I thought using waldo as a base would be good so... yeah Walderp is "average" height (5'11"), slender, and 32 years old. That doesn't mean he's weak though. This mf is capable of leveling cities with his cane, and small towns without it. Unfortunately, he isn't too fast, so you can easily speed blitz him. He's also not durable to "non-battle" damage, meaning if you can collapse a building on him or make him get ran over by a car, he'll just die like a normal human.

I used the vs wiki just to see what waldo can do, and apparently he can stop fucking time??????? HELL NO i'm not including that, I am making him immune to time stop though.

I recommend you have a city block to island level strength persona, though that won't stop y'all probably. This bot also needs at least some knowledge on the tiering system of the versus wiki. I also recommend regenerating responses, as it might just make bad messages.
